PUDU BG1 Series is a large AI-native scrubber-dryer robot designed for continuous, high-efficiency cleaning in demanding indoor environments. It combines sweeping and deep scrubbing into a single one-pass workflow, with an ultra-wide cleaning path and strong down pressure to remove dirt effectively while covering more area in less time. It can also extend its scrubbing brush to reach edges near walls and shelving, reducing the need for manual touch-ups.
Powered by 3D sensing and advanced AI, the BG1 Series uses 3D LiDAR plus 3D VSLAM fusion for accurate recognition, stable mapping, and dynamic obstacle avoidance. This helps the robot maintain reliable navigation in challenging scenarios such as high-clearance spaces, nighttime operation, and high-interference areas. It includes smart “see-and-clean” spot cleaning that detects messes in real time and responds instantly for quick correction in high-traffic zones.
For cleaning performance, the robot includes an AI-native adaptive mechanism that reacts to wet spills by retracting sweeping modules to prevent spreading, and boosts brush pressure automatically for stubborn stains to deliver a cleaner, single-pass result. Its AI-native auto-dosing system uses millilitre-level detergent control with dual 7-litre agent tanks, scaling detergent strength to floor conditions to maximise cleaning impact while minimising waste. Maintenance is streamlined with quick snap-on consumables and an automated all-in-one station that handles refilling, drainage, and charging for 24/7 operation.
