PUDU MT1 Max is an AI-powered 3D perception robotic sweeper designed for reliable cleaning in outdoor and semi-outdoor environments. It uses a 3D perception system combining 3D LiDAR with multi-sensor fusion to map spaces accurately, detect obstacles in real time, and navigate efficiently under challenging conditions such as high ceilings, nighttime, and heavy interference. A key capability is the MT1 Max’s “Magic Clean,” which uses the dual-chip AI plus hardware-software coordination so sensors and motors work in sync for adaptive cleaning. Through “Magic Clean,” the robot performs smart trash recognition and adaptive spot cleaning, while adjusting its behaviour based on conditions — for example, reducing power when it detects light debris to avoid scattering, and increasing power for heavy debris to improve pickup. It also adapts its cleaning posture by automatically adjusting the angle to guide debris into the dual brush gap, helping reduce missed areas.
MT1 Max supports edge-to-edge cleaning and features an integrated automatic filter cleaning loop to reduce manual maintenance and improve continuous uptime. Its dual-chip AI architecture enables faster, more precise processing with redundancy, supporting adaptive cleaning behaviours (e.g., adjusting power for light vs. heavy debris and adjusting cleaning posture to guide waste into the dual brush gap). The upgraded obstacle avoidance system uses 3D LiDAR for dynamic avoidance, including stopping to let vehicles pass, pausing at lane entrances, and safely reacting to pedestrians and animals with audible/visual alerts.
